This is an image of the back garden, which include sthe row of sheds to the right. As kids we would always be in and out of those sheds, which were filled with all sorts of farming equiptment and rubbish (Health and Safety Officers would have had a field day).
What must be understood is that the garden was grassed up until the second shed doorway, and that the remaining garden was used to grow a variety of vegetables. Again I have many fond memories of whiling away summer afternoons and evenings in that garden.
Another view of the sheds....my grandparents used to have a god called Sandy which would live in the shed on the left (blue door). Again the soiled land was once grass and there were flowers littered around the garden.
