'I'm gonna tear your world apart......im comin back to f**k you up'
The film begins with Detective Lucas Mcarthy (Lance Henrikson) having vivid dreams about the night he finally nailed 'Meat Cleaver max' aka Max Janky, a notorious serial killler. On the said night Janky killed his partner and a little girl, but overall his victims were over 100. Anyway as the films progresses it seems it is all over after fifteen minutes as Mcarthy goes to watch the serial killer die in the electric chair...yet it takes a while for the electricity to kill Janky...and not before he tells Mcarthy that he will come back from the dead to get him and his family!!
After his death some professor goes to the morgue and sees that somehow Janky has come back from the dead....and he goes in search of Mcarthy to tell him that he is in danger. However the detective is more concerned about returning to work, and pays little attention to the professors claims. However it seems that Janky can travel via electricity, and makes his way to Mcarthy's house. He quickly disposes of Mcarthy's daughters boyfriend in the basement and lets his presence known to Mcarthy and his family.
Detective Mcarthy quickly realises that Janky is back for revenge....his family are in real danger and he must find a way to stop him!
