House IV

                            'Home deadly home'

After Roger Cobb (William Katt) -- aka the hero from the original House -- is killed in a car accident, his wife Kelly (Terri Treas) and his crippled daughter Laurel (Melissa Clayton) move into his grandfather's old home which, according to the resident Native American, was built over a healing spring in order to protect it from the White Man and His Progress.

Eager to start a new life, Kelly begins some do-it-yourself repair work on the old estate, much to the dismay of Burke (Scott Burkholder), Roger's shady step-brother. You see, he wants the house so he can "develop it," though his true intentions are of much more dubious nature. Mr. Grosso, Burke's employer, wants to use the spring beneath the house to hide the toxic waste from his chemical plant, which appears to manufacture nothing BUT toxic waste. At any rate, Mr. Grosso wants the place at all costs, forcing Burke to use some questionable tactics in order to acquire it.

However, there's a mysterious force protecting the house and its inhabitants, and it's not going down without a fight......
