Uh, you might want to rephrase that. "No one else is gonna die." Because theres a girl

out there with her f**king throat cut wide open.

A group of youngsters are spending the night at the house of one of their friends while their parents are downstairs partying. The kids decide to have some fun making prank phone calls and unfortunately they call the wrong number which leads to an axe wielding maniac coming over to the house and slaughtering every single one of their parents, and whilst the kids would have undoubtedly been next, the Police arrive. Led by Detective Criton (Rutger Hauer) it seems as if this killer never even existed leaving not a trace of evidence and for years the case remains unsolved.

Ten years elapse and the viewer is detected to a guy enjoying a DVD - he gets a strange call and it appears he is the victim of a game called seventy five. We then switch to a party where a group of youngsters are playing this game, a game that is ruled by Marcus (Hooks) the head college prankster in residence. Here’s how the game works: a random number is called and the victim must be kept on the line for seventy five seconds, whilst the caller attempts to convince the victim that what they are saying is real. We then switch back to the guy watching the DVD, who puts the phone down and ends up with an axe buried in his head.

We are then transported back to the parthy, and in addition to Marcus we have Karina (Judy Taylor) who is banking on getting back together with her cheating boyfriend rich kid Brandon. She is one of a group of females which includes Jody (Aimee Garcia) and Roxy (Cherie Johnson). On the male side we have Marcus, Roxy’s angry boyfriend Kareem (Antwon Tanner), and Scott (Wil Horneff). To make up for his indiscretions Brandon invites Karina and her 'crew' out to his out of the way palatial estate for his annual wild party.

Back in the city Detective Criton still hasn’t given up solving this cold case and soon he and his partner Detective Hastings have discovered that someone is murdering the child survivors of that ten year old crime. Also Marcus has unfortunately convinced these party goers to play his seventy five game, and yes they call the wrong guy. He is clearly a menacing guy, and he even calls the party goers back, before turning up at the house and letting loose with an axe. College kids start dropping like flies and people struggle to survive.

Who is the crazed killer and what is the link between those deaths ten years ago and these, other than of course the seventy five game being played???
