PERSUIT VEHICLE:same day we see the drivers side door.there is a pair of boots hanging out the window. a ringing sound.the RADIO sounds.the man in the car sits up. this is CHARLIE.

SIGN:same day we see ROOP looking through the SCOPE.we hear the siren turn on.
ROOPs POV.sniper scope the couple also hear the siren and run off .we hear ROOP laugh.
MAXs YELLOW INTERCEPTOR: country road same day. MAX is working on his car he stops to wash his hands.
EDGE OF PROHIBITED HIGHWAY:same day ROOP is running toward the PERSUIT VEHICLE.he runs around to the drivers side door to where CHARLIE is sitting.

The two persuit vehicles are about to meet at a FORK IN THE ROAD. ROOP and CHARLIE are coming along side the BLACK PERSUIT SPECIAL. ROOP produces a shot gun.

ROOP liicks his lips as he raises the shot gun poising to shoot.
IN BLACK PER. same day The man behind the wheel is a filthy unshaven man named the NIGHT RIDER next to him is his girl she is NIGHTRIDERS GIRL.The NIGHT RIDER sees ROOP with the shot gun and slams on the brakes.
ROOP IN YELLOW PERSUIT on highway same day ROOP turns too late and shoots a sign.CHARLIE behind the wheel is distracted and crashes into a sign. ROOP painfully reaches up says over the radio:
CHARLIE MAIN FORCE PATROL were OUTTA the game unable to continue persuit
SARSE O.K. we got'ya were gone.
MINUTES LATER CHARLIE tries desperatly to start the damaged car while ROOP looks down the road.ROOP turns and kicks the car.It starts.He tears the bonnet off the car.he slowly walks around to the drivers side door.
CHARLIE we're still mobile

he moves over and they speed off.ROOP gets on the radio:

OUT-SIDE DINER later that day. we move past an MFP BIKE toward the diner.the radio on the BIKE is crackling:MFP to GOBLIN1 come in GOBLIN1.
IN-SIDE DINER seconds later. we see JIM GOOSE talking to his FREIND about a recent incident.
GOOSE ....he goes head first straight throught the windscreen straight into the tree and then bounces back through the windscreen.by the time we got to'im he was just tryin to screem at us with his face ripped off...
GOOSES FREIND puts his fork down having suddenly lost his appitite.
GOOSE Whats the matter?
FREIND not hungry am i

Just then the THREE SPEEDING VEHICLES roar past.GOOSE gets up and runs over to pay the CASHEIR.
CASHIER later GOOSE!!!
GOOSE takes off on his bike followed by TWO TOW-TRUCKS.Everyone comes out to watch.
THE CHASE later that day. the two CHASE VEHICLES are fast in persuit,a van pulls out ahead behind the BLACK PERSUIT VEHICLE and getting hit by ROOP AND CARLIE'S CAR.
SCUTTLE THEY'RE GONE... He continues on in persuit
SARSE(talking about the night rider) BARSTARD,bastard
ROOP SHIT!!!
CHARLIE We,re gonna get him this time he had his indicator on

ROOP starts the demolished car back up

They speed off...
SMALL SUBERB edge of the slums.
A MOTHER pushes her BABY across the road toward a man.They are an ARGUING COUPLE.
MAN Whats this I hear about you and Jonathan?
WOMAN What about Jonathan?
MAN You was seen out with him two nights ago.
we see a CARAVAN drive past them and turn around in the middle of the street,taking up the whole road.The DRIVER is lost.
DRIVER It's,um,this way...
The BABY hops out of his pram and begins walking down the middle of the street. The three VEHICLES come around the corner. We see the NIGHT RIDER lick his lips as he see's the BABY.SARSE and SCUTTLE pull along side him so there is enough space for the BABY in the middle.
DRIVER Oh my god...
the MOTHER screams as the cars pass.She races foward to grab her BABY. ROOP see's the caravan too late and crashes through,rolling to a stop in a feild.SCUTTLE is distracted and does'nt see the mound of dirt and ends up rolling their car. GOOSE races aroud the cornerand looses control,sliding across the road hitting the side of the UTE that was pulling the CARAVAN.
DRIVER OH,my god what happened?
GOOSE(laughingly) I dunno,man,I just got here me self!
GOOSE grabs his radio: GOOSE MAX,MAX
CUT TO:COUNTRY ROAD same day. MAX is sitting behind the wheel of his car he reaches up to his radio:
MAX Go ahead
GOOSE(over radio) We are 100% snafu

GOOSE(RADIO) Nothin a year in the tropics would'nt fix!
MAX Much damage? CUT TO:SLUMS Two tow trucks pull up.
CUT TO:NIGHTRIDERS VEHICLE The NIGHTRIDER thinks he is home free.
NIGHTRIDER(to MAX) You should see the damage bronze,eh,brain damage,mental damage,eh.Listen bronze:I am the NIGHT RIDER(LAUGHS)a fuel injected suicide machine.I am the rocker!THE MIGHTY HAND OF VENGENCE who needs no road worthy!(laughs).
CUT TO:MAX's VEHICLE. MAX puts on some sunglasses an a pair of gloves.He starts the engine and pulls out onto the high way.
CUT TO:NIGHTRIDERS CAR. The NIGHT RIDER is driving and his GIRL cuddling up to him when they see MAX's YELLOW INTERCEPTOR sittiing in the middle of the highway. The NIGHTRIDER pushes his GIRL aside as he drives directly at MAX.
CUT TO:MAX's CAR MAX speeds toward the NIGHTRIDER.At the last minute the NIGHTRIDER swerves.MAX spins the car and takes off after him.MAX begins bullying him along.
CUT TO:NIGHTRIDERS CAR. The NIGHTRIDER begins crying.
NIGHTRIDER No,no...
NIGHTRIDERS GIRL Whats rong?...
CUT TO:ACCIDENT. We see the two cars race towards a truck wreck.A TRAFFIC CONTROLLER waves a stop flag franticly.MAX stops skidding to a holt.The NIGHTRIDER's car screeches,flame spewing from the exhaust,straight into the wreck,exploding. MAX steps out of his car and slowly walks toward the wreck...
MAXS BEACH-HOUSE:that night MAX and his baby son ROB watch as JESSIE plays her saxaphone.
MAXS BEACH-HOUSE:later that night. JESSIE is drying MAXs hair with a towel.
MAX Thats good after five days I feel so good!
The tv begins talking about that days chase.MAX grimaces.
JESSIE you made thee news again...
MAX Its a trip down glory road I guess...
MAX doesnt like talking about it.
MAX's BEACH HOUSE:the following day. MAX is racing around to do every thing before work.JESSIE doesnt want him to go.ROB is playing on the floor.
MAX Look JESSIE I told ya the GOOSE wants me there early.com'on you know the GOOSE
JESSIE yeah... MAX changes the subject.
MAX Cofffee's ready.
JESSIE puts her head in her hands.MAX looks at her and walks over to the sink.he opens a cupboard and takes out a mask.he walks over to her and puts it on.

OUTSIDE MAX's BEACH-HOUSE:later that day. MAX is walking down to his YELLOW PERSUIT VEHICLE.JESSIE walks out behind him.

MAX turns.JESSIE does a series of movements with her hands.It is sign language.

She smiles.

MAX smiles and walks off toward the YELOW PERSUIT.
HALLS OF JUSTICE COURT-YARD:later that day. MAX is jugling fruit.A horn is heard.MAX turns.GOOSE rides in on a MOTOR BIKE.MAX tosses him an apple.He catches it.
CUT TO:MFP GARAGE GOOSE hobles alomg on crutchers due to the accident in the chase and MAX walks beside him. BARRY the mechanic steps out behind a pole and whips GOOSE playfully with a rag.MAX and GOOSE chase him right up a sleek black-on-black.
GOOSE Kick er in the guts BARRY
BARRY turns the car on.This is the INTERCEPTOR.The super charged car starts up.
GOOSE Shut the gate on this one MAX your a chucks guts
MAX is mesmerised.
BARRY She's the last V8 she sucks NITRO.She...
He waves a hand in front of MAX's face.
GOOSE Hes in a coma there...
They laugh.MAX reaches foward and rev's the engine then cuts it.

CUT TO:MACAFFEE's OFFICE same day. FIFE MACFFEE the MFP cheif and LUBATOOSH a govenment representative listen on a radio. It was a set up.

He walks toward the stairs.

CUT TO:MACAFEE later that night. FIFE is driving down a road toward a SEVERE CRASH.He is smoking a cigar.
CUT TO:FIFE and ROOP They look at a car crash.
FIFE Couple for the meat grinda today,eh?

The camera drifts toward the wreck.The head of a BLOODY MAN sticks out of the wreck.
CUT TO:MAX and FIFE They walk past an ambulance full of CASULTYS.
FIFE You eaten yet?
MAX No not yet.Pick up somethin later.
FIFE Hey...ahhh...we got a problem.That code 3 you ran down the other day,the ah...
MAX NIGHTRIDER...
FIFE Yeah THE NIGHTRIDER,we got a problem,word is there out to get you...
He ment the THE NIGHTRIDERS GANG.

FIFE puts his arm around MAX's shoulder.

CUT TO:a small town. There is a COUPLE sleeping in a Chevy IMPALA. There is a man sleeping in his office.He is the STATION MASTER. They are roused by the roar of an engine. An enormouse gang of bikers roar into town.They are the ARMALITE GANG.They are there to honor the NIGHTRIDER.
CUT TO: A man pulls his helmet off.He is the TOECUTTER. The camera switches from member to member of the NIGHTRIDERS GANG. They are a part of the ARMALITE GANG. A gang member named BUBBA ZANNETY walks to the STATION MASTER.BUBBA is a quite but deadly man.
BUBBA Good afternoon...
MASTER Afternoon...
BUBBA We're here to meet a freind,come in on the train...
MASTER Nothing came in on the train except a couple of crates and a(laughs then realises)...coffin...
BUBBA is very serious.
BUBBA Our freind...
The STATION MASTER trys not to meet BUBBA's stare.

CUT TO:train platform. The STATION MASTER,TOECUTTER,BUBBA,a teen ager and coward JONNY THE BOY,and two other gang members walk down the platform. They stop.

At that the TOECUTTER spins around and stops just short of putting his hands on either side of the MASTER's head.
TOECUTTER The NIGHTRIDER...that is his name...the NIGHTRIDER....
MASTER(shocked) The NIGHTRIDER.....

The other two gang members take him away.
TOECUTTER BUBBA...JONNY...(he exhails) They walk off.
CUT TO:The nightrider's gang terrorizing the town. A gang member is doing a burn-out in a circle. Another gang member has his arms around a TOWNSWOMAN's shoulders and The LIARS shoulders.The gang member spits the milk shake he is drinking into the LIARS face.He then kisses him.The LIAR pushes him away. Two other gang members called MUDGUTS and KUNDALINY talk.
MUDGUTS Ooooh,push me shove you.
KUNDALINY Oh,yeah say's who?
They repeat that over and over.They chase him into a building. We hear banging and crashing then suddenly the LIAR comes flying out the front door,breaking it as he did so. The gang ties him to the back of a bike and drag him off down the highway. Upon seeing this the COUPLE run off toward the IMPALA and take off...
HIGHWAY:day The COUPLE are driving down a highway.
MAN No worry's
The camera drifts out of the car. We see the NIGHTRIDERS GANG is giving chase. The man driving is giving it all he's got. The TOECUTTER pulls up beside the IMPALA he draws a gun and shoots the tyre of the big car sending out of control crashing it on the side of the road. The gang begins to hack up the car...
HIGHWAY:max and goose,day MAX and GOOSE are talking to a FATHER and DAUGHTER in a side-car. The radio crackles and MAX goes to answer. GOOSE talks to the younger girl while MAX talks on the radio. When MAX finishes on the radio he calls for GOOSE. They get in the YELLOW PERSUIT and drive off.
WIPE:close up on goose in yellow per. They are looking out the windows of the car when they see a NAKED MAN running through a feild. This was the driver of the IMPALA.
GOOSE (to max) Look at that! (he yells out the window) Hey fella STOP!Hey fella... (he grabs a mike for the P.A.) HEY FELLA STOP!(he turns to max.) This guys a turkey.(he talks into the P.A.) HEY FELLA YOUR A TURKY YA KNOW THAT!
MAX looks out the wind-sheild.
MAX Come back for him later theres more up ahead.
They approach the wreck of the IMPALA.It is thoroughly destroyed.The FEMALE PASENGER lies huddled and cold in the shell of the wreck. MAX and GOOSE get out. MAX carries an 03' SPINGFEILD rifle.As they get closer they see JONNY THE BOY tied to his bike a rope snakes from his foot.He is very dehydrated. MAX bends down JONNY jerks awake.
JONNY Bronze,thank god it's you.
He is out of his mind and delerious.
MAX He's waked right out of it.
JONNY repeats that over and over,playing with the words. GOOSE unties his foot and follows the rope and finds the GIRL.
GOOSE It's alright,It's alright.
JONNY blurts out:NIGHTRIDER over and over. The GIRL slips out of the car shell and hides. GOOSE follows her still holding the rope.
GOOSE Its alright.I won't hurt you.I'm gonna let this go now.Look girl I know your scared it's O.K.
MAX drags JONNY over to the PERSUIT. GOOSE carries the GIRL over and puts her in the back.
JONNY ...remember him when you,when you...
MAX GOOSE...you remember that code3?....
GOOSE (laughing)Yeeaahh..
MAX is silent.
JONNY ...remember him when you...NIGHTRIDER...
GOOSE turns smiling.
GOOSE Well,well,well...
CUT TO:nightriders gang riding down highway,day TOECUTTER is sitting in the back of a pick up truck holding the key to a coffin.He motions BUBBA over to the side of the road. They stop.
BUBBA JONNY THE BOY has done it again this time it's real trouble.He's never gonna learn.
TOECUTTER But we will teach him BUBBA you are going back for him.
BUBBA No way not me not for him.
TOECUTTER But it's not for him it's for me BUBBA.
WIPE:halls of justice,day. BUBBA stands outside the gate.POLICE AND GOVERNMENT cars pull up.
CUT TO: MAX and FIFE walk into the building where GOOSE and CHARLIE wait with JONNY. No one showed at the trial.BUBBA had threatened any witnessess.
FIFE Don't tell the GOOSE no one showed.
MAX DAMN!
As they walk in GOOSE jumps up.
GOOSE Whats happening?
FIFE Let him go CHARLIE!
GOOSE WHAT!
FIFE No one showed.
GOOSE What you mean no one showed?
JUDGE It means,old boy,you have't got a case.
GOOSE Jesus christ your not gonna let him walk out the door,Fife?
A geeky little lawyer speeks up:
LAWYER That's exactly what your going to do.
GOOSE moves toward him.
GOOSE Shut up! I'll kill you.
JONNY seizes the moment and starts up.
JONNY Gee look at you a cripple and a mute.
GOOSE rushes foward and tries to attack JONNIE but is held back by MAX.
JONNY See ya later GOOSE it's been a pleasure.
GOOSE pulls a baton out and runs,blocking the door.
GOOSE If he sings,I'll tap dance!
JUDGE Get him out of there!
MAX and FIFE grab GOOSE and try to hold him back.But GOOSE breaks free and attacks JONNY. They all are pushed out the door and most fall over. JONNY finally gets away,GOOSE is restrained.
JONNY(to goose) We know who you are bronze.
GOOSE See you on the road scag,see you on the road like we saw the KNIGHTRIDER!
JONNY Remember the NIGHTRIDER!And we know who you are!
CLOSE ON FIFE: FIFE put's his glasses on.
FIFE O.K.As long as the paperworks clean you boy's can do what you like out there.
FADE TO BLACK.
BEACH:later that day JONNY rides up on his bike with a maniquin on the back of the bike. They take the manaquin down on the sand. KUNDALINI and MUDGUTS start licking the doll and rub against it. BUBBA walks over to TOECUTTER and wispers in his ear. TOECUTTER fires a shotgun up into the air.
TOECUTTER We've got a problem here,she is not what she seems,she's sent by the bronze full of treachery bronze take our pride.
BUBBA appears holding a MAUSER C96 pistol.He takes aim at the maniquin. All of a sudden JONNY grabs a shot gun and shoots the manaquin.
JONNY If your gonna waste a bronze you've got to do it big!
BUBBA You just don't have the style do you chicken shit.

NIGHTCLUB:that night. GOOSE is inside watching a very tall singer dance.
OUTSIDE Close on GOSSES BIKE. We see two people tamper with GOOSES BIKE.
WIPE.
GOOSES APARTMENT:the next day. We see GOOSE get out of bed and dress. He walks outside and gets on his bike. He starts it and takes off.
DESERTED HIGHWAY:later that day. GOOSE speeds along at 110kmph,eating up the white line. As he approaches a corner,the back wheel locks up and GOOSE and the BIKE goe flying.
HIGHWAY:day GOOSE walk's down the road.
HIGHWAY:soon after. GOOSE stands beside a UTILITY TRUCK next to him is a MFP MECHANIC.
MFP MECH. Your a lucky boy.Coulda died!
GOOSE prepares to get in and stops.
GOOSE Don't write off the GOOSE til' you see the box go into the hole!
LATER GOOSE drives down the highway singing.
CUT TO: JONNY wait's till GOOSE drives past and throws a stone at the windscreen.GOOSE looses control and rolls the UTILITY into a feild.
WIPE.
FEILD:day GOOSE runs up to the UTILITY and looks at his handy work. Inside the cab of the UTILITY GOOSE is coated with gasoline. The TOECUTTER walks up to JONNY.
TOECUTTER Light me JONNIE.
JONNY strikes a match across TOECUTTERS jacket and light's his cigarette. JONNY notice's GOOSE is still alive.TOECUTTER leans in to talk to JONNIE. GOOSE realises what is happening and strugles to get free,the gasoline hurting his eye's.
JONNIE TOECUTTER this is'nt what I want.
TOECUTTER Remember what they did to your sweet,sweet mother.Throw it!
JONNIE TOECUTTER!NO!!
The match goes flying out his hand and egnites GOOOSE...
WIPE.
HOSPITAL:day. We see MAX's YELLOW PERSUIT drive past.
INTO HOSPITAL MAX walks down the corridor toward ROOP,CHARLIE and FIFE.They stand in front of a door. MAX walks right up to the door and barges in ignoring FIFE's warning. In the room we see a single small tent with a breathing device next to it. MAX slowly walk's toward it. As he get's close a charred hand falls out of the tent. MAX slowly reaches foward and pulls the tent back...
CORRIDOR: MAX steps out into the corridor.He looks at everyone and walk's off down the corridor.
FIFE MAX,MAX!
MAX turns.
MAX That thing in there,thats not the GOOSE,no way.
MAX walks off.
FADE TO BLACK.
MAX's BEACH HOUSE:night We see MAX in an uneasy sleep he is having nightmares. All of a sudden he sit's up wild eyed.
SWINGCHAIR:beach,day MAX sits on a swing chair eating a barely eaten sandwich. JESSIE comes up next to him and sit's down.

JESSIE takes his head in her hands.

HALLS OF JUSTICE:day MAX runs up the stairs to FIFE's office.Music plays loud.

BEACH:day The NIGHTRIDERs gang sit around the shore. JESSIE comes out of the shop the gang swarms around her and the TOECUTTER walks in front of her.JESSIE put's ROB into the VAN.She goes to get in but the TOECUTTER stand in front of her. He hint's that he want's a lick of the ice cream. JESSIE nods. She kick's him in the crotch and shoves the ice cream in his face. She get's in and drives off. On the way out KUNDALINY swing's a chain around in the air and catches it on the roof rack but falls off.
MECHANICS:day JESSIE drives up to MAX.
JESSIE MAX get in.Just take my word for it get in!
MAX does and they drive off. A moment later TOE CUTTER and BUBBA pull up on bikes.
TOE CUTTER Who were they?
MECH A couple heading north maybe.
FADE TO BLACK.
MAX AND JESSIE STOP. MAX and JESSIE get out and JESSIE walks to the back of the VAN. She see's the dog sniffing and finds a hand attached to a chain attached to the roof rack. She screams.
LATER. The local sherif hold a bag in his hand as he talks on the phone. He turns to MAX and JESSIE.
THE DARK ONE I sent around an A.P.B.
MAX What about that?(indicates hand.)
THE DARK ONE If no one makes a claim to it,I figure it's lost property.
AUNT MAY'S:day AUNT MAY's house is a remote farm like house near the woods.AUNT MAY(a middle aged woman) sit's with ROB under a tree,her retarted middle aged SON is with them. JESSIE heads off down to the beach.
MAY JESSIE don't worry about ROB he'll be fine.
BEACH:day Jessie runs into the water.
BEACH:day JESSIE sun bakes
HILL OVER LOOKING BEACH:day A bike pulls up.
FOREST BETWEEN MAY'S AND THE BEACH:day JESSIE hears a dog howl a strange animal sound. She see's shadows moving. She looks up and see's the dog gutted and tied to a tree. She screams and runs.
MAY'S:day. MAX hears the scream and reaches into the back of the SANDMAN. He withdrawl's a shot gun and run towards the forest as JESSIE emerges. She runs to MAX. She is delirious. MAX comforts her and walks to MAY.
MAX MAY call the DARK ONE and tell him to get here as fast as he can.
MAY comes over and takes JESSIE inside. MAX looks back and runs toward the BEACH with MAY's SON behind.
INSIDE MAY'S HOUSE:day MAY and JESSIE walk and sit down. MAY goes to make some tea. JESSIE sits back. Then realises:ROB is missing!
JESSIE ROB!Oh,no.no.no.
JESSIE gets up and runs outside.Looking around furiously.
VOICE Well,Well,Well.
JESSIE turns to see the TOECUTTER and his GANG. They have ROB.
TOECUTTER That there(pointing)is KUNDALINY and KUNDALINY wants his hand back.
JESSIE Please don't hurt my baby.
TOECUTTER takes his helmet off.
TOECUTTER Tell you what,I'll swap you.
JESSIE What do you want from me!
TOECUTTER Don't change the subject.
MAY Hold it right there!
She holds a double barreled shot gun.
TOECUTTER Ah,I hate guns!(tauntingly.)
MAY You so much as breath I'll cheese you.Open that door.
She motions them into a tool shed and locks the door.The door begins to rattle violently. The gang is breaking through. MAY and JESSIE run to the SANDMAN and get in. They drive off.
CLOSE ON DOOR. The door starts to give way. The gang burst's out and run to their bikes and give chase.
HIGHWAY:day The SANDMAN starts to slow and stop. The engine is dead. MAY and JESSIE get out. Steam starts to erupt from the front of the car.
JESSIE The motor,the motor!
MAY Run!
JESSIE begins to run down the highway with ROB in her arms.MAY makes her way to the back of the van and raises the gun. The gang comes around the corner on there bikes. MAY fires but miss's. The gang screams past as MAY helplesly look's on. JESSIE runs down the highway holding ROB in her arms,the sound of roaring engines is over-whelming. The TOECUTTER guns his engine just as JESSIE turns.
HIGHWAY:day JESSIE's scream echoes across the feilds. We see MAX come running around the corner. He see's what lay's on the road ahead. He runs past MAY,who is now crying,running,his face distraught,he drops the gun screaming. He kneel's down in front of his wife...
FADE TO BLACK.
HOSPITAL:stormy day MAX leans on the wall next to the doorway to his wife's room.He is in easy earshot of the DOCTER's talking. JESSIE is in a coma,she is missind an arm and leg and is attached to a breathing device.
HEAD DOC.(to senior doc.) Child died,mother is in a coma,damage to her heart,liver,lungs,spleen.Real bad,probably will die.
SEN. DOC. What do I tell him?(meaning max)
HEAD DOC. Tell him she'll be fine,tell him theres nothig to worry about.
FADE TO BLACK.
SWING CHAIR,BEACH:day MAX sit's alone in the swing chair staring blankly at the mask from before. His face is contorted with emotion. MAX throws the mask down and runs up the sand path to the beach house. He runs to a chest,clearing everything of it and opening it revealing MAX's uniform.
CUT TO:halls of justice MAX walks down a long corridor to some gun cabinets. He opens the cabnets and reaches in. He withdraws a .38 revolver. He then grabs a double barreled shot gun and saw's the barrel and shoulder stock off.
CUT TO:MFP GARAGE We see MAX from behind walk off toward the shodows.There is the sound of an engine and we see the black INTERCEPTOR come at us.
WIPE.
UNDER GROUND MECHANICS:day The MECHANIC is under an old car doing repairs. We see someone in leather come toward him. The MECH. hears the person come in and asumes it's BUBBA ZANETTI.
MECH. BUBBA that you?Come for the front?She'll be ready this after noon.
The MECHANIC is pulled out from under the car. He look's up to see MAX.
MECH You asshole,what the hell are you doing?
MAX You and me are going to talk about the TOECUTTER.
MECH Never heard of him.
MAX pushes him back under the car with his foot.
MAX I want to know about the gang to.
MECH. I mind my own buisness don't I!They'll...
MAX let's the car fall on him. Max then wedges it up pulling the man free.
MAX I'll say the name and you say yes or no...
HIGHWAY:day The TOECUTTER gang(without TOECUTTER and BUBBA)swarm around a tanker and begin to syphon off the gas.
HIGHWAY:later that day. The gang(without BUBBA and TOECUTER)are riding down the road. We see the INTERCEPTOR come up behind them. We see MAX's face,he is mad,there is no remorse in his face. MAX hits the super charger. The black-on-black speeds through the middle of the pack. JONNY loses control of his bike and comes of the road. The rest of the gang stop momentarily and look back. Seeing JONNY is O.K. they speed off after the INTERCEPTOR.
INTERCEPTOR's POV. The black INTERCEPTOR speed's across a bridge and does a hand brake U-turn about 100 meters off the bridge. MAX speeds ahead going at 150kmph toward the bridge. The black car meets the gang at the center of the bridge.
CLOSE ON EDGE OF BRIDGE. There is the scream of metal. Two gang members come flying off the bridge falling to a watery grave. The camera comes to the top of the bridge and we see the brocken bodies of the gang.

HIGHWAY:later that day. JONNY runs to an emergencie phone on the side of the road.
UNDERGROUND MECH.:day BUBBA and TOECUTTER run to their bikes. BUBBA mounts his and start's it. TOECUTTER lift's his helmet and two photos fall out.
CLOSE ON PHOTOS One is of JESSIE and ROB,the other is of JIMMY GOOSE. TOECUTTER looks up.
SERIES OF IMAGES TOECUTTER and BUBBA ride down a series of highway's. Every were they go MAX seems to be watching them...
HIGHWAY TO PROHIBITED HIGHWAY:day MAX is following BUBBA and TOECUTTER at a safe distance when a tanker comes in to veiw. BUBBA and TOECUTTER ride past but MAX cannot get past,the tanker is to wide. MAX has to pull in behind the tanker to let a van pass. Once the van is past MAX drives past.
EDGE PROHIBITED HIGHWAY:day MAX drive's into the PROHIBITED HIGHWAY. These highways were set up to protect tankers of precious gas from marauding gangs. MAX drives past a sign saying:PROHIBITED ZONE CASUALTY'S:36
HIGHWAY:later that day As MAX drive's along he see's JONNY's bike layng on the side of the road.JONNY lay's in the feild next to the highway. MAX stops and get's out,he holds the sawn off shotgun. MAX walk's toward JONNY.We hear a whistle. MAX turn's. We see TOECUTTER holding his pistol.He fires. The front of MAX's leg explodes out ward. He falls on the road,the shotgun goes flyingout of his hand. TOECUTTER and BUBBA ride toward MAX. BUBBA run's over MAX'S outstreched arm.MAX give's a cry of agony. JONNY mount's his bike and rides off. BUBBA and TOECUTTER pull up at the end of the road.
TOECUTTER Quit toying BUBBA!
BUBBA I know what I'm doing.
BUBBA rides toward MAX. MAX reaches out and grabs the shotgun. He raises it and fires. BUBBA goes flying off his bike. MAX gets up. TOECUTTER get's on his bike and puts his helmet on. MAX limp's toward him. TOECUTTER take's off. MAX limps after him. MAX get's into the INTERCEPTOR and takes off. A hawk begins to eat BUBBA.
HIGHWAY:day. MAX chases TOECUTTER down the highway. TOECUTER is getting away fast. MAX see's this and hit's the super charger. We see the TOECUTTER from the front,the INTERCEPTOR pushes 170kmph and catches up fast. TOECUTTER gives it all he's got and look's back. We see MAX's face.It is set,free of emotion and care. We hear a horn a deep horn. TOECUTTER turns and see's a semi-trailer.He see's this to late and smashes into the front of the tanker...
FADE TO BLACK.
SERIES OF IMAGES: MAX drives down several highways,his face dead straight. MAX driving at night,he is very tired.It is raining.MAX closes his eye's a white light burn's...
DAGEROUS KERB:day. MAX drives up to a corner and see's a pair of skid marks leading to a broken gaurd rail. MAX cut's the engine and get's out.
CUT TO: JONNY leans over a man's bodie,there is a wrecked utility in the back ground. JONNY begin's to pull the mans boot's off and put them on. A sawn off shotgun is placed against his head. He turns and looks up at MAX.
JONNY Hi hey this is'nt what it looks.I just came down to take a look.Theres nothing you can do for him.
MAX looks around forming a plan in his mind.He see's gas leaking out of the truck's underbelly. He drops some hand cuff's next to JONNY. JONNY is about to put them on.
MAX Anckle.
JONNY puts the cuff's on one anckle. MAX reaches down and drags him toward the truck. He cuff's him to the underbelly of the truck.
JONNY What are you doing man?
MAX tears a lighter from around his neck.He then proceeds to place smashed head light under the leaking gas.
JONNY I want to know what you're doing.
MAX tapes the lighter to the edge of the head light.The light begins to fill with gas.
MAX The chain in those hand cuffs,is high tensile steel.It'll take you ten minutes to hack through it with this,(he drops a coping saw)now if your lucky,you can hack through your anckle in five minutes.Go.
MAX begins to walk up the hill.
JONNY You're mad man.You think I look silly don't you,Ha Ha!
MAX turns and look's at him breifly.He then turns and walks off.
CUT TO: We see the INTERCEPTOR from the front.MAX's face is dead straight. An explosion erupts in the back ground. MAX does'nt even look back.
INTERCEPTOR'S POV. The white line dissapears into the camera.In the distance a white light burns.....
