From Dusk till Dawn III

Senor, a lot of white folks go missing in these parts. Can I ask your

name in case someone come looking?

This film is set in Mexico in the early 1900s (1910 I think) and the viewer is introduced to the outlaw Johhny Madrid, who is set to be hung in a small Mexican town. As the noose tightens around his neck a mysterious stranger shoots the rope out, and Madrid is free. He quickly makes his escape, but not before kidnapping the hangmans daughter Esmerelda - having seen her being abused by her brutal father.

The hangman swears revenge and gathers a posse whilst Johnny rejoins his bandits and they raid a stagecoach containing the drunken American writer Ambrose Bierce, on his way to join Pancho Villa’s revolution, and husband and wife John and Mary Newlie, missionaries on their way to deliver Bibles. Johnny is also joined by his mysterious saviour, the teenage girl Reece who wants to become his apprentice. But instead, disgusted at her worship of him, he leaves her to hang.

The various parties all arrive at a saloon bar in the middle of nowhere. But as they settle in for the night they discover the bar is inhabited by vampires who are presided over by the priestess Quixtla. Esmeralda is revealed to be the half-human, half-vampire princess Santanico Pandemonium, whom the vampires want as their heir in which all the humans must join forces if they are to survive the night from the vicious blood-suckers.
