Damien Thorne was born on June 6th at approximately 6.00am (yes 666), but was not originally born as a Thorne. When the Thorne's baby was murdered it was replaced with another baby, one who's mother had died and whose father we do not know....or do we. In actual fact the mother is discovered in the first film, a jackal, and his father is of course the devil.

The English word Anti-Christ is taken from the Greek antikhristos, which literally means 'instead of Christ.' Contrary to popular belief the term antichrist does not appear in the entire text of the Book of revelation, the book of Daniel or Paul's passages on the 'man of sin.' However whilst the word does not appear in thee sources the concept has been recognized in that scripture warns against a false Christ image that becomes a living icon , and an object of worship...afterall satans plan is to be worshiped as god and saviour (Isaiah 14: 12-14; Thessalonians 2: 3-4; Corinthians 11: 14). Even when looking at the rest of the Bible the word antichrist appears only five times....

• In the epistles 1 John and 2 John

• Children it is the last hour, and as you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. Therefore we know that it is the last hour. (1 John 2:18)
• Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, he who denies the father and the son. (1 John 2:22)
• And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God, and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (1 John 4:3)
• many deceivers have gone out into the world, they do not confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist. (2 John 1:7)

Characteristics of the antichrist

Based on the interpretations of the specific passages from the books of Daniel and Revelation, the Antichrist is commonly expected to meet certain characteristics. In daniel Chapter 7,  description of four beasts is narrated by an angel....

• 'Thus he said: the fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from the other kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, trample it and break it into pieces.
• The ten horns are ten kings who shall rise from this kingdom. And another shall arise after them, he shall be different from the first ones, and shall subdue three kings.
• he shall speak pompous words against the most high, and shall intent to change times and law. Then the saints shall be given into his hands for a time and times and a half.
